How do I send text messages?

1. Login to the control panel.
2. Purchase credit to cover the cost of the messages you wish to send.
3. Send messages to groups of numbers around the world.

The cost of each message successfully submitted to the mobile networks is deducted from your account balance.

How do I receive text messages?

1. Contact us to set up a keyword and shortcode to receive incoming text messages to your online account - i.e. messages starting MANIA to 88010.
2. Login to the control panel.
3. Create new sub-keywords to filter incoming messages - i.e. MANIA COMPETITION, MANIA SUPPORT, MANIA VIP, etc.
4. Set up an auto-response, sms and email forwarding for every message that is received.
5. View all received messages for each keyword as they come in.

There is no cost to receive text messages, the sender is charged their normal network rate.

How do I set up text voting?

1. Contact us to set up a keyword and shortcode to receive incoming competition votes to your online account - i.e. messages starting MANIA to 88010.
2. Login to the control panel.
3. Create new sub-keywords to filter incoming votes - i.e. MANIA VOTE A, MANIA VOTE B, MANIA VOTE C, etc.
4. Set up an auto-response*, sms and email forwarding for every message that is received.
5. View all received messages for each keyword to determine the outcome of the vote.

* Standard rate messages (costs you) or premium rate messages (costs the receiver) can be sent as an auto-response for every vote.

How do I set up sms competitions?

1. Contact us to set up a keyword and shortcode to receive incoming competition entries to your online account - i.e. messages starting MANIA to 88010.
2. Login to the control panel.
3. Create new sub-keywords to filter incoming entries - i.e. MANIA COMPETITION A, MANIA COMPETITION B, MANIA COMPETITION C, etc.
4. Set up a premium rate auto-response for each keyword - i.e. for keyword MANIA COMPETITION A, 'sorry ur a loser :( ' - for MANIA COMPETITION B, 'congratulations u have answered correctly!', etc.
5. View all received messages for each keyword to select a winner.

There is no limit to the amount of competitions that can be set up for any keyword - i.e. MANIA IPOD, MANIA LIMO, MANIA HOLIDAY, MANIA CAR, etc.

How do I set up mobile marketing?

1. Login to the control panel.
2. Purchase credit to cover the cost of the messages you wish to send.
3. Contact us if you wish to load groups of numbers to your account.
4. Send messages to your selected groups.

We offer discounted tariffs for bulk mailing if value for money is more important than complete reliability.

How do I set up mailing lists?

1. Contact us to set up a keyword and shortcode to receive incoming subscriptions to your online account - i.e. messages starting MANIA to 88010.
2. Login to the control panel.
3. Create new sub-keywords to automatically add subscribers to appropriate groups - i.e. MANIA SUBSCRIBE INFO, MANIA SUBSCRIBE MUSIC, MANIA SUBSCRIBE TIPS, etc.
4. Create new sub-keywords to automatically unsubscribe phone numbers from each group - i.e. MANIA SUBSCRIBE INFO STOP, MANIA SUBSCRIBE MUSIC STOP, MANIA SUBSCRIBE TIPS STOP, etc.
5. Send messages* to your selected groups of subscribers.

* Standard rate messages (costs you) or premium rate messages (costs the receiver) can be sent to subscribers of mailing lists.

How do I set up mobile alerts?

1. Login to the control panel to schedule messages to be sent as reminders in the future.

2. Contact us to set up a keyword and shortcode to receive incoming text message alerts to your online account - an incoming text message alert can be forwarded to groups of mobile phones and email accounts.

All messages can be tracked online to ensure that they have been successfully received by the mobile phone.

How do I send premium rate messages?

Premium rate messages can only be sent to mobile phones that have previously sent a text message agreeing to use the service - i.e. competitions or mailing lists.

The cost of the premium rate message is deducted from the mobile phone that receives the message, a commission based on the value of the premium rate message is paid to your on-line account. The balance of your account can be redeemed after 60 days.

Senders of premium rate messages must abide by the Icstis standards and practices.

How do I send and receive Multimedia MMS messages?

Multimedia messages (MMS) can be used to send or receive pictures, ring-tones, and small films.
